The 2023-2024 school year is different in so many ways. First and foremost, your child’s health and safety are a top priority! The staff, teachers, Ms. Holland and I are working diligently to provide a safe, nurturing environment where students are provided with educational experiences that will help them learn and grow. Yes, things have changed now as students are 100% in-person this year. 

Communication is key during these uncertain times. I encourage you to maintain an open line of communication with your child’s teachers, support staff, and administration. It takes a village to raise a child and we are all part of the Ulysses Byas “village” and “family”. Let us continue to work together for the academic, social and emotional success of all of our students.

La comunicación es clave en estos tiempos inciertos. Le animo a que mantenga una línea de comunicación abierta con los maestros, el personal de apoyo y la administración de su hijo. Se necesita una aldea para criar a un niño y todos somos parte de la “aldea” y la “familia” de Ulysses Byas. Continuemos trabajando juntos por el éxito académico, social y emocional de todos nuestros estudiantes.
