    Complaints or reports of workplace sexual harassment or discrimination (including harassment or discrimination based upon sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression and transgender status) should be reported in accordance with Board Policy #6121 (Policy Against Workplace Sexual Harassment). A copy of this policy is available here.

    Complaints or reports of workplace harassment or discrimination based upon any other legally protected characteristic or status (protected by applicable law other than sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression or transgender status) should be reported in accordance with Board Policy #3420 (Policy Against Workplace Discrimination and Harassment). A copy of this policy is available here.
