• Please note - This form is for registering RETURNING students GRADES Pre-K - 12, who are CURRENTLY ENROLLED in the Roosevelt Union Free School District REGARDLESS OF HOW LONG AGO THEY WERE REGISTERED. If you have transferred out of the district, you must use the new student registration portal.
• Please note - You need a SNAPCODE to use returning student registration.  SNAPCODES were mailed home to active Roosevelt resident students and also emailed if you had an email address on file.  Please CLICK HERE to begin the re-registration process.

INFORMATION FOR DISPLACED FAMILIES

• Federal legislation provides options to both parents and school districts for accommodating the educational needs of students during a period when they may be displaced from the regular home, as well as unaccompanied youth.
• If you are a Roosevelt family temporarily displaced to another location, or a youth not accompanied by a parent/guardian, please complete the information on the attached STAC-202 Form below, sign it and return it with your registration documents at your appointment.
• If you are a resident of another school district temporarily staying with a Roosevelt family, please complete the information on the attached STAC-202 Form below, sign it, and return it with your registration documents at your appointment.

• Si usted es una familia que pertenece al distrito de Roosevelt que está desplazada temporalmente a otro lugar, o un joven que no está acompañado por un padre / tutor, complete la información en el Formulario STAC-202 adjunto a continuación, fírmelo y devuélvalo con sus documentos de registro en su cita.
• Si usted es residente de otro distrito escolar que se hospeda temporalmente con una familia Roosevelt, complete la información en el Formulario STAC-202 adjunto a continuación, fírmelo y devuélvalo con sus documentos de matrícula en su cita.
